The Fourth Career Guidance and Counseling Session for Master Students from the Management of Public Administration Specialty was organized on the 21th of December 2019, within the RESTART Project (No. 585353-EPP-1-2017-1-RO-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to enhance the modernization of higher education in MOLDOVA).
During the session the Master students participated in the elaboration of personal career development plans, carried out the SWOT analysis of their skills and professional competences, indicated the possibilities for personal professional development offered by the local business, the labor market and the society, as well as the threats existing at micro and macroeconomic levels. As a result, 17 Career Guidance Plans were developed in which the Master students indicated possible solutions for overcoming the existing threats and risks in business and professional development.
At the moment, under the ReSTART project, a total of 48 Career Guidance Plans were completed and more than fifty master students benefited from local entrepreneurship advice based on successful practices.
