The 2nd Career Guidance Session in the context of the RESTART Project „Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to modernize higher education in MOLDOVA” (No. 585353-EPP-1-2017-1-EN-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) was organized in collaboration with the Employment Agency of Cahul District on 14th of February, 2019. This event has the generic: The skills and abilities of the graduates in relation to the requirements of the labor market.

During this event, the Master of Business and Business Administration, as well as the students from bachelor programs of „Business and Administration” and „Accounting”, discussed together with business representatives issues related to the competitiveness of young labor market specialists, successful employment, development and professional growth.

This event was hosted by the Career Guidance Center, working within the Employment Agency of Cahul District. Ms. Eugenia Sarsaman, Head of the Cahul Office, familiarized students with the Agency’s work, and spoke in detail about the activity of the Career Guidance Center and the services provided in this field. The students had the opportunity to test the Career Planner School and Career Planner.

The conclusions and proposals made during the discussions will materialize in the Career Guidance Plans for the next ten Masters from the Entrepreneurship and Business Administration.
